The summer Olympics grounds looked to be in good shape though they were deserted on this warm and hazy day. The structure on the right is the Torre de Comunicacions de Montjuïc, a communications tower. It was designed by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, known for an excess of innovation and an insufficiency of testing.
