We finished hiking the Haute Route at the entrance to the Swiss mountain town of Zermatt. There's no road to Zermatt; the closest road stops in the nearby town of Tasch where you can leave your car—they've a large parking garage just for this—and then proceed on foot, by train, or, as shown here, by helicopter.
