On the sailing home, when we hit Active Pass the balmy weather was replaced by a cold wind. Cold is the norm here so I was prepared. The tourists who were on deck for the view went inside. They joined the regulars who were inside reading or on their phones. These three women stayed outside to watch the Spirit of British Columbia pass. It's a ship built in 1993 to carry 358 cars and 2,100 passengers and crew.
