While the apartment was roomy it was a bit worn. From the apartment windows we looked down on the Kafka museum and the two turquoise fellows who write with their pee. To the west, up the hill, is Hradčany, the castle district. And to the east, across the statue-lined bridge (see the blue marker on the map), is the city center.
