This was shot from the deck on top of the shorter of the two rocky needles, the aiguilles, while looking at the taller needle. On the lower left you can see the bridge that connects them. Once over the bridge and inside the rock there is an elevator to the top.
I look at this and think, oh my, how did they build this? How did they climb the rocks to build this structure up on the top of a mountain. Amazing.
